More interaction with npc's, we should be able to make relationships with good and bad ncp's,

I want to be able to befriend, intimidate, brawl, gamble and dual with every npc's without it being quest related.

Plus I want to be able to talk to bandits and outlaws, by persuading them or even make alliances with them.
