Are you thinking of the episode "the shelter"? I watched that and it was really similar to how I pictured the start of the Great War (except the ending of course).

Power stations

There's quite a few near where I live that look really similar to all those old powerstations in Fallout 3.

Also there is a good portion of where I live that looks really similar to Point Lookout's terrain....and even its residents to a degree :rolleyes:
