What mod adds white elven ship in IC waterfront?

Need a bit of help here: what mod adds the large white elven ship in the IC Waterfront? There's an elf standing outside the ship: Sylfa Gouttes-de-Lune.

The reason I ask is there are two instances of this elf (two identical NPCs) in my game. Is there supposed to be two?

I'm hoping this is a quick answer for someone who's played the mod.

For these kind of situations I recommend http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16704. You hover over an object, NPC or anything and press the right key. Then it says exactly which mod it came from, amongst other things. Very useful.

And that was a life saver, solving another problem I had at the same time! Thank you!

Seems the white elven galley was added by Better Cities, which I may have to reinstall, since I'm getting two instaces of the Sylfa Gouttes-de-Lune person.

Thanks again!

I think those are actually twins, not the same person  No, I am serious.

PS: You can alternatively use RefScope instead of FormID finder. I like the interface of Refscope better.

Twins? Oh ... you are so right. Their names are NOT exactly the same. Very, very close, but not exactly. Interesting ...

I just download RefScope and I'll try it, too. It's been a tool week for me ...

Thanks for the link, Pseron. That answered almost every question I had - including the one about the conflict with the Blood and Mud ghost ship.

The ship is gorgeous, but why is it there? I mean, is it just window dressing or is there a purpose, a quest/something to do. If it's just there to create wonder (which it does), I might edit it right out of the .esp. Gorgeous as it is, every time my character turns in that direction, I loose about 5-6 FPS.

At the moment, the ship exists purely for looks (like pretty much everything else in BC, that's the point of BC after all, to make the cities look better). However in the future there's every possibility that it might have some quest-related relevance.

Install the latest version of BC, which was released yesterday (or was it the day before? I lose track of time) - which includes an updated FPS patch for the IC Waterfront (should resolve your FPS issues) and also fixes the conflict with the ship on the Waterfront added by Blood & Mud.
