He either stole the model from somebody else, or used the actual model from the game Crysis. That's the only reason something like that gets removed.

I've contacted the author, and hopefully I'll hear back...

But in the end, it won't truly matter... if it WAS illegal, no one will be able to release it (legally >.>)

I was gonna say, that suit didn't even look like it was remade but just straight up taken out of Crysis. Shame someone didn't post the link before it got taken down.
