Found these 2 images while browsing the net. What is this UI mod? Looks awesome!

No such mod exists. Those are just concept someone put together.

That's not a mod--those are just a Photoshop mockup that a web design guy did of a potential better PC-based UI, made very early after the game came out, before we had any real understanding of how the UI worked. Circa January/February 2012. It incorporates things that we've since learned are more or less impossible to do. And the guy who did the design is long since gone from the forum.

I want that mod, but it is impossible to make.
Well, maybe in the next TES if we don't get a consolized UI yet again.
