As in, unique NPCs you can get to live at your settlement. For my knight-errant character, my goals are to unite every settlement with a supply line and artillery piece, and turn Sanctuary into a community to rival Diamond City. I want to be able to fill Sanctuary exclusively with settlers that have unique names and personalities, like the Longs or Sheffield. So far though I've only found the initial group of people you meet with Preston, Sheffield, and the Vault-Tec rep - although the wiki lists the NPCs I can use to be the top vendors at my settement.

Have you guys found anyone else? Think you could point me in some directions?
