I pretty much want to know about the whole list!...but I would have to pick the dialogue info. I'm really hoping our PC will have a voice this time & hopefully the game will have a whole lot more voice actors too.
Magic spells. Specifically, I want to know whether Levitation, Jump, and Slowfall are back. More generally, I'm interested in any spell effects that weren't in Oblivion, whether they're from Morrowind or completely new.
Something you didn't mention - the playable races, their design, appearance options and traits.
Information about the enemies/monsters is a close second though; I want to see some of the confirmed creatures, and have more creature types confirmed.
The PC Controls/Menu List/Spell List/Inventory/Game Settings, how Diffrent is it from Oblivion.
Those are the trademarks for me in a Game, if they dont work well for me and i find myself more focused on those then the Game, forget it then, no matter how Awsome the Game is.

I knew I had forgot a couple...those things are important
Definitely UI, that tells you so much about how the game works, without giving any actual content away. Would prefer to wait until I am playing to find out about factions, dialogue, crafting and spells the hard way.
Other. Dialogue, dialogue, dialogue not voice actors.. could not care about VA as many games have been able to produce full VO with no problems. The history. The NPC's. The story background. Interactions between factions. You don't need to add spoilers a brief blooming guide to the area and its feel, a few pages of generic background.
I want to see more than a couple frames of the new combat system. I want to see duel wielding, one handed weapon and spell wielding, I just want to see it all flows. Also, i'd be nice to get some insight into how dragon fights REALLY go down (this is a highly debated issue) but that staged trailer thing just isn't good enough.
I'm kinda interested to hear about the races. They have made vague mentions that they made it a point to make them more defined and unique. I'd love to see and hear how.
Details on the skill list and skills in general. Would also like to know if there are at least two ways to solve every quest in the game. (Even if it's cut down to stupid evil and messiah good.)
