Forgive my ignorance. I own Skyrim, and all of the DLCs. I am patched through 1.9.
Is there anything more in the Legendary edition?

No. It's just a compilation of the latest patch plus all of the DLC. You don't need to buy it unless you want to have the disc and its box for your collection.

It's just normal skyrim, but with the latest patch and all dlc's thrown in.
