I'm sure there's a long list of NPC's people wish they could marry.
But this isn't Fable. We can't just give people some chocolates and random rubys we find through our travels and expect courtship.

So is there any NPC's you would like to marry?
And are there any specific reasons?

I'd personally like Camilla Velarius.
Despite her not wanting to marry, lol.

You actually can marry her.

For me, Annekke Crag-Jumper, Fastred from Ivarstead, Vivienne Onis from Solitude, and a couple of others.

None of them.

All single men/women in Skyrim. Unless they have a real reason to not get married.

Um... You can marry Camilla.
