What omission are you most disappointed about?

Locational damage could do wonders to the combat as it did to Dead Island or Dark Messiah

I'm really not disappointed with anything but if I had to be, maybe the merging of cuirass and greaves.

Locational damage, dumbing the game down for idiots who cant aim

How is not including a feature that the series never had 'dumbing' the game down?

Omission of armor degradation and first person riding perspective (as well as any other animations that the game could do in 1st person but will do in 3rd instead) would top my list.

Nothing has really turned me off the game at this point, though I'll admit to missing the Fallout-level of character building in terms of balancing attributes/stats/skills. It's nowhere near a deal breaker.

I can understand why they removed item degradation. One of the key objectives in designing this game was accessibility, which means that the game would have to avoid requiring certain skills or making some inherently more valuable or useful than others. Having everything degrade over time and require repair means that you put a large emphasis on Smithing as a skill. Requiring it indirectly to maintain equipment or by tying its improvement to a standard game activity would've made it a skill everyone would eventually have very high level in.
When you consider that the game no longer uses predefined sets of major/minor skills to determine when you level up, it would mean that Smithing would muddle with the leveling scheme and character building because it would inevitably be improved (and be unduly weighted in leveling) unless the player solely used NPC repair services.

I personally don't care about anything but locational damage. I understand and appreciate the reasons for everything but this one. Still, it's not a game breaker.

I am extremely positive with Skyrim, and am sure this will be the greatest Elder Scrolls. I am disappointed by one thing though, no armor/weapon degradation. Although, I have to admit the system was pretty broken in Oblivion, and was terribly repetitive. It could be fixed, but I'm sure future games will address this. By no means removing repairing is dumbing down the game, (clicking furiously on a "repair" button does not require intelligence) I interpret it as a removal of an annoying feature, that cannot be fixed as of yet. The Smithing feature is definitely interesting though, and will be very useful, and much more entertaining than repairing.
P.S.
Don't start a debate with me whether repair added a requirement of intelligence to the game.

Lack of locational damage.

I wish I was familiar enough with the Creation Kit to mod this in, but alas I am not. :sadvaultboy:

Hopefully someone will.

probably location damage out of the choices
not doing the shallow 'theres no headshots like MW3. this game is total [censored]!!!' thing
but i do think it should make a difference if i hit a bandits head with my arrow rather than his hand
plus i really liked the crippling system in FO3 and NV
i think itd be cool to weaken a dudes defense by crippling his shield arm and have him not be able to raise it well, and stuff like that
no location damage seems like a step back, but thats just me :homestar:

What I'm really disappointed about is the omission of an Arena. How could you do this to me Bethesda? :(

None of the options in the poll bother me hugely, I'm just annoyed about the strange lack of the paper doll in the inventory, how hard would it be to put it in, and why is it out in the first place? O.o

I know you can look at your character in 3rd person, but it's tedious to have to switch out of menus to do this.

I'm most disappointed about not being able to block while dual wielding and potentially other things. Say whatever you want about balance or setting apart combat styles. I don't care about that, I play the game to feel immersed in the character I've created, and to have fun. And not being able to block because I have two swords or a sword and a fireball really ruins that for me.

Need to add the possibility of no (wide) speed or jump height variable.
