I really like Illdi one of the female bards at the Bard's college.

As for mine, Niyra at the College of Winterhold. Probably the prettiest female Altmer in the game.

In all honesty,either Fastred from Ivarstead, Vivienne Onis (spelling?) from Solitude, and Annekke Crag-Jumper from Darkwater Crossing.
