I hope for a energy weapon replica statue (as much as a real weapon replica would be neat too i don't think they could ship those around too easily)
or if instead of like fallout 3 where everything was boxed up in a lunchbox , if everything was boxed up in a hollowed out mini nuke
or a statue of power armour and having it standing over the closed vault door of 111

Probably standard stuff, Art Book, soundtrack maybe.
For all we know they could do another bobblehead, we'll see I guess.
A fully functional mini nuke would be awesome, I bet the game could even get a north korean release if they did that.

Hard backed encyclopedia containing a good amount of lore (pre war, the war and post war, vault tec, factions, monsters etc) from all main Fallout games with some good art work and concept art also
Maybe also an option of flag. Around 6x4ft, would love an enclave flag 
... NCR as well but I doubt they will be in FO4 so it wouldn't make much sense
