What platform are you getting Skyrim on?

PC, because of the mods and I don't want to play Elder Scrolls on Xbox.

I have an Xbox 360 (which recently melted my fable 3 cd cause it overheated... stupid piece of junk console) and a ps3. I currently don't have a PC because my brother destroyed it because of his 'dirty' videos... All i got left now is this crappy laptop. I'm going to buy me the best computer i can find a month or two before Skyrim gets released though.

I don't only pick the PC for the Mods and Dlc, but because of the feeling you get while playing it. When playing on the Ps3 or the Xbox 360 you're stuck with thumbsticks to look around while you have a mouse on a PC. Using a mouse is so much smoother, you'll be able to look at anything you want without having to scrolls back and forth 4 times before looking at the spot you want to look at (stupid thumbsticks...).

True :) Been using keyboard + mouse and never looked back. It just feels NATURAL...

And being able to turn 180o in less than a second and stop spinning just in the right moment just rocks any controller :)

Would love to get a high spec PC to do the job for me but can't spare the cash so my trusty PS3 will have to do. Not too bothered about the inferior graphics but I'll be a bit gutted to be missing out on all the mods. Fingers crossed the vanilla version will be mind-blowing on it's own.

I really want to get it on PC, but if it can't run it and it's too expensive to upgrade then XBOX 360.

If I get a new PC before 11.11.11, I'll get it on that but for the moment I have to assume I'm getting it for Xbox :cryvaultboy:

I'm going to be working hard all summer to afford either a new PC or a new G-card for this amazing game.

I really want to run everything on ultra graphics. :spotted owl:

I would get it on PC but my computer isn't strong enough at all. I'll just get it on Xbox and i'll be happy.

PC, because of mods. I based by upgrade decisions on Beths games because they are my fav company and make some of the very few games I like to play.

It melted the DVD? that is pretty impressive. Strange that nobody made an external cooler for it like you get for laptops, heard other have heat issues but not that bad,(only that chips come lose because the solder melted :banghead: )
How can movies destroy a pc?

I'm getting it on pc myself.

Xbox 360.

1.Because my pc cant run it
2.I dont care that much about the graphics. For all i care it could have the same graphics as oblivion.
3.I wanna use controller and relax.
4.Dont care about mods .Its not TES if you use mods in it.I can understand the fixing bugs or something like that mods but all the super l337 armor?I dont care.
5.Pretty sure it runs better on 360 than on PS3.

And please,fix the darn poll.

You need a add "because of prefered controls" to the PC option. I don't use tha many mods usually and Im not a graphics guy really, But mouse and keyboard is teh only way for me.

Sadly, my computer can't run Skyrim. Anyway, I didn't really care for the CS on Oblivion, simply cause I couldn't make quests(no dialogue), and that's really the main fun of the PC versions of ES games (for me at least).

So I'll be getting it on the 360.

Edit: Hahaha, I love that there's no reason to buy the PS3 version in the poll. :D

This is also one of the reasons I enjoy playing TES on the Xbox 360. (Not to say that I can't do that on the PS3, but I don't have a PS3)

When I'm sitting on the sofa using a controller and I sit down on a chair in the game, or do some roleplaying stuff like swimming in lakes to act as though my character is bathing, it feels more relaxing and natural than using a mouse and keyboard. This is just my opinion, but for me a keyboard and mouse is more suited for interaction with the game like combat than doing rather pointless-but-roleplaying activities like sitting in a tavern and drinking mead.

This pole doesn't have my appropriate answer. I'm getting it for all three (well, Xbox and PC at least) but I voted Xbox since I'll get it on that first.

PC, but not because of graphics or mods, I just like mouse and keyboard for these kinds of games better.

Well, this poll is obviously a bit bias towards the PC side... Since the only possible reason I could want it on X-box 360 is because it might get DLC first. Yeah. And apparently there is no reason to get it on ps3 at all. :P

I'm getting it on X-box 360 because it is my preferred platform. I may get it on PC when the Goty come out so I can play around with mods.

I didn't vote because I want it for both. :sadvaultboy:
I'm getting it for Xbox first, then PC when I have a decent system to play it on.

Make an option for combinations of two and an option for all three.

I love my PS3 but I'll be getting Skyrim for PC. I switched over to PC with Fallout New Vegas and so glad I did. I'm trying to think positive but I know there will be problems with bugs and the mod community will have fixes faster so I can play.
