PS4 and I don't regret getting one.
I've been debating building myself a shiny new pc, and as soon as FO4 gets a release date I'll know when I'll have to have it done.
PC I wasn't fond of waiting and hoping Beth would patch their games or playing 100 hours only to realize something happened 15 hours ago that ruined my play-through. So I ended up building a new PC pretty much just for Bethesda games. Though I may be done with consoles altogether unless an exclusive really catches my eye.
If my pc can handle it, I'll play it on there. If not I'll have to buy a console.
you'd probably need a 2gb video card(gtx 760+) that could pump out 100 giga texels/ per second to play with mods off steam
I don't have the latest CPU (got a i7 2600k) but I can still play Witcher 3 on Ultra.

The key is the GPU that you'll want to upgrade that first, 2 GB VRAM on the GPU is too low imo you'll want more, aim for at least a 4 GB card (you might be able to get away with 3 GB but that leaves pretty much no leeway), if you're going to play the latest games in 1080p.
I prefer to play non-MMO RPGs on console, so I'll be playing it on my PS4.
Probably will stick with my PC. So much more to work with. Hard to not resist fixing bugs as well.
Never did replace my console after spilling thermite on it. Still in the hole covered in iron in the backyard. I feel sorry for it some days.
PC. I don麓t own any consoles, nor do I intend to buy any for the foreseeable future.
PC. gamesas games are made so much better with mods. Yay for free content.
Definately a PC. I only made the switch over last November. I have been a firm console supporter since I was a youngling. I still own some current gen systems, but the PC is, in my limited experience, superiour in nearly every way possible. There are drawbacks, such as having to update graphics card and such, but in general I've found the PC route cheaper, faster and much more enjoyable.
Plus mods. My gods. I will not play Skyrim or the Fallout's or the KotOR's without a hefty dose of mods. They make great games even better!
I do own a PS4 and a mid-high end PC. Bethesda games are A MUST on PC. There is no way around it. And yes, I am speaking of mods, of course.
PC - Just got a new rig together that is a beast. Outside of that, I'd still go for PC for mods and console commands. Even if you don't use them for cheating, the game sometimes gets bugged/stuck and those console commands are helpful.
