PC, as I have said for the last 20 of these topics. In the process of my new build.
16GB DDR3 1600 RAM (should be here Monday)
Intel i7 2600k (heavily overclocked, with Noctua NH-D14 cooler), should be in later next week
AMD 6970
OCZ Agility 2 Boot Drive
Game normally will be installed to my Velociraptor 300GB, 10,000RPM drive (though I will test it on the RAMdisk for a bit)

Play the game on my 37" TV/monitor with keyboard/mouse, great setup.

And why....mods, better graphics, less load times, (no load times on the RAMdisk), keyboard/mouse, more stable, easier fixes.

PC.

Might buy it for PS3 too for my first playthrough since it'll take a few weeks before good mods start poppin' up.
