I'm sticking with my trusty old 360, computers are too expensive.

Indeed. 'Platform' would be a better choice of word.

Mods won't make it to the Xbox for Skyrim, but maybe for the next game after that is what Todd has said.

And why can we only tick one option? I'm going to buy it for the Xbox and the PC, but primarily PC, so I ticked that. :)
And no, it's not developed ON the xbox, it's developed on PC. :P

It would be best for you to put Platform instead of console.....PC is not a console. I am getting the game for the PC, for obvious reasons.
1) Keyboard/mouse
2) mods
3) Better Graphics
4)More customizable

Also no game is actually developed on the console......Its developed on a PC. But the PS3 is usually less optimized then the other platforms when it comes to multi-platform games. (Though both consoles are about of equal power)

I really wouldn't put alot of stake in that. Yeah, Beth "would like to see mods on consoles". Doesn't mean that it's going to happen. Doesn't mean that most mods wouldn't make it past Sony/MS approval (anything involving copyrighted stuff, like armors taken from anime/games/etc; stuff that would rile up the censors; stuff that's really complex and needs script extenders/etc).

If you care at all about using mods, you'll go PC.

ill probably get the collectors edition for xbox if possible, to keep me occupied for at least half a year i would hope. then once the modding community has had its hands on it for a decent while and sussed it all out and released a number of good mods to improve, fix and add new stuff, i will buy the pc version sometime in early 2012 to spring 2012 when it will be slightly cheaper unless modding content does become available for the xbox. even so, i would probably buy the pc version so i could be able to make my own content for the 360 aswell as all the other mods people will make.

Every game is made ON the PC, even if it's not made for it. :P

It depends more on your video card/chipset. The CPU would most likely run the game decently, though we dont know the min/recommend specs yet.
Also you can only use ~3.2GB of that RAM while using a 32bit OS. In order to use more of it, you need a 64bit OS.

Wouldn't be surprised,Xbox 360 was the lead development platform for Fallout 3.
Anyways,I'm getting Skyrim for 360 first then probably pick it up for PC later.

PS3. My computer isn't 'bad', but it's not brilliant and I prefer using controllers anyway.

Well we dont know the official specs yet. But it has a pretty decent GPU in there. It will run the game, though it shouldnt max it.

Here's more info on his GPU. Mobility cards are generally pretty meh... He might be able to play in low-medium settings (depending on res), but as with most laptops, there will be heating problems.

I'll be playing on PC. I need mah mods.

360 at first but I plan on buying a PC that is fit for gaming at some point down the road here, just don't know if it will be before Skyrim releases.

Well for a laptop, that GPU is pretty decent......much better then the standard Intel integrated chipsets that most laptops have. Though like I said, it wont max the game, I would say maybe medium would be possibly playable. Though it all depends on his definition of playable.

PC has the command console. PC has mods. It's a no contest. I would buy a second PC before I'd consider getting it on either of the consoles. Mods can double or triple total playtime. Or more.
