Whats you platform of choice and why? I'm picking up both console versions at launch then the PC version when I finally saved enough for a new rig.

I wonder is the sales figures will agree with the trend of results on the forum. I'm skeptical so far, as PC gamers are particularly likely to come on forums in comparison to console gamers. However, as the heritage of this game is on PC, I would hesitate to disagree with the numbers until release.

With good marketing (which is practically non-existant nowdays for videogames) I see no reason why this wouldn't sell very well across all platforms. Currently however, the majority of people who even know about this game do only because of the previous titles.

PS3.

I am not the biggest fan of PC for gaming except for in-depth RPGs like The Witcher. Other than that, all the games I want to play are on consoles anyway, specifically the PS3. So my hands are far more accustomed to using a controller than having to roam around the keyboard trying to find the button I am looking for. With consoles, all the buttons are in a convenient place. At least in my opinion they are.

^I'll never get that. The only keys I can't reach with my left hand without letting go of WAD are so far away from WAD (i.e UJM, vertically) that you never use them in-game anyway.

from an ergonomic and comfort- perspective k+mouse cannot compete with a pad, a pad is superior. That is why many people HATE k+mouse controls.

You keep thinking that buddy. I'd rather rest my arms on my desk with the palms spread in a natural pose than hanging onto a tiny-ass controller, juggling thumbs between aiming or walking and other game functions.

On gamespots most popular coming soon Crysis is

4th on PC
6th on 360
8th on PS3

It will be interesting to see the sales

I will play the game only on Xbox 360. My computer can barely run Crysis on low settings and I don't want to build a new one. I also prefer more of Xbox controller and I don't want to buy another controller just for PC , which you're supposed to play with keyboard and mouse combination

You can play Crysis1 and Crysis2 on pc "natively" with a xbox360-controller too.

75% of gamesas users are buying the Pc version...but Crytek is still developing a console-game, due to the higher sales figures... they give a **** on their PC Community, but it has still the highest percentage :rolleyes:

PC here with 360 controller. Usually play FPS on 360 but the game seems to play way better on PC. Between this game and Starcraft 2, My xbox is getting more and more useless by the day.... at least I still get to use the controller LOL.
