What power armor will you wear?

Post » Sat Nov 28, 2015 6:28 am

I'll probably use it occasionally to just feel like an unstoppable juggernaut, though I have to see what other armors are in the game. Doubt there will be anything as awesome as the elite ranger armor from Lonesome Road.

I will wear whatever is statistically best. I am a min/maxer, and I hope that there is a type of power armor that renders all other types utterly obsolete.

I'd hate for inferior power armor to be viable to any degree late-game. Otherwise, I'd have some optional choices, which is sub-optimal in any RPG...

I don't know. I never wear Power Armour because I don't like playing tanks and I think the look in past games has been too clunky

I do however this time around feel as if I should just from how much work they seem to have put into the Power Armour sections and judging by how they seem to be more than just a stat boost. Having new abilities such as the jet pack makes me want to try at least 1 PA play through.

Well aside from the cute part I agree

I always pick items based upon their aesthetic and how they make my character look as oppossed to just because they have a bigger number

pauldrons are part of the arms so you could probably change the arms out for something else but have the T-51b body, helmet and legs

A mix of the T-45 and T-60 I love the helmet of the T-45 so the rest of my power armor will probably be the T-60

I hope you can choose different paint styles and such, that would be cool. Especially if you can make something like the scorched sierra armor or Ashur's armor.

What's better is that armour's have paint jobs and things like that apparently now, can't wait to see them for this armour.

what is up with the T60(non-b )? It looks like plating parts are still missing. Otherwise, i think they all look great, and mixing and matching+paint jobs will be great fun. It's great to see they really refined all the looks and made them awesome. Some of the armors had suffered a bit from the transition to 3d in the last installments. But it looks like they nailed the looks now.

I think that the T-60 is like the Brotherhood's slightly own improved version of the T-45d. Lyon's Brotherhood that is which are the ones that used it.

None.
They have high def but are super slow and clunky.
I'll get my companion to wear one.

I will most likely be playing a sneak character first, so i probally wont use power armor much, but i liked the T45d look better then say the T50 versions, so likely i will make it like that. I will then probaly keep the armor aside for tough missions and such.

Very few of my characters wear power armour, but I'm thinking that I might go for the X-01 Mk II set with the big, bulky T-60 legs. That seems like a good combination. Perhaps the T-60 helmet as well - I'll see which looks better.

Midwestern BoS armor if possible, Enclave if not. That's based on looks though, too drastic stat difference might make change my mind depending on game's difficulty and how armor works.
