Hevnoraak inspired this thread, in all honestly. Reading his posts speaking like the Dragon Priest, I thought, Hmm, so Hevnoraak associates himself with, well, Hevnoraak. I wonder what powerful figure in Tamrielic history and lore these other forumites associate themselves with.

So, this thread is for discussion of your favourite TES deities/powerful and/or famous lore figures; it could be anything from Akatosh to Saint Jiub. And then, for kicks, assume the role of your favourite Aedra, Daedra, influential mortal, etc. and interact with other forumites doing the same. I just thought this would be a fun thread.

I'll start this: My favourite TES deity/lore figure would have to be either Jyggalag or King Orgnum, because they're awesome, and I can see myself being a bit of a Jyggalag at times.

I never really base my characters around anyone from TES, I prefer to build my own legend around myself.

Although this is true, I am a huge fan of Sanguine. I love it that he meddles with peoples affairs.

Just to be more clear, this is a fun thread for discussing favourite deities and lire figures at first, then taking on the role of the deity and powerful lore figure of your choosing, and then interacting with other people who have assumed such an identity.

I just thought this would be quite fun.

I'll take Talos. Tiber Septim with two others making the enantiomorph. The most bad ass Imperial Emporer and hero deity of mankind. I could get into that.

Indeed, many will say that it was Vahlok who inspired men and Dov. But I ask ye, does Vahlok have loyal subjects? Loyal Nords whom were true in heart? So loved I was by my people whom I swore to serve. Even now, 5,000 years later, and with the benevolent cult's demise, they remain loyal to me yet, even in death. For death is merely an obstacle to overcome. And it is through my wisdom and fairness in rule, that my followers remain true to the way of Alduin, savior of all.

I am of the male gender. Aside from Hevnoraak, my other choice would either be Mannimarco or Divayth Fyr. Mannimarco was a god amongst necromancers, and Divayth was a master conjurer and sorcerer.

Miraak is another solid choice for me As is Mankar Camoran.

I also have some OCD tendencies, and can easily role-play a Jyggalag fanatic. He's my second favorite Prince behind Hermaeus Mora.
