What Primary Weapon Build Will You Mostly Use?

Guns and explosives should be an option together. they go hand and hand I think. Always prefer assault rifles and mines and grenades. Mines were huge in Fallout 3. Didn't need them as much in New Vegas. But I have a feeling Fallout 4 will have a lot of deadly creatures/beasts that back tracking while dropping mines and setting traps, will be huge. Was very effective for me in Fallout 3.

Conventional weapons first (Sniper and sidearm). Then another conventional with (Assault Rifle and Bayonet/K-bar). Then energy weapons. And finally a melee (I had a Samurai character in NV. Just a Katana and Leather Armour) so hoping there's a good sword I like this time.

Don't really do explosive or hand-2-hand character.

I never understood why anyone would play with big guns or explosives unless they were trying to handicap themselves.

Big guns and explosives are so inferior to guns and energy weapons it is not even funny.

I am fairly certain big guns are not going to be classified as guns. There is a seperate big guns perk under strength.

Guns! Though I may change that depending on the weapons that are available.

Some sort of assault rifle. Explosives when necessary.
