Was it Nifskope? I would like to actually remove the fix on that .nif. I know I can just hide the object fix in mod organizer, but I need the model to be in the game.

Sorry, the problem is fixed now and it had nothing to do with subsurface scattering. I just put the mod up higher in the load order.
