My main (first) character since Morrowind has been a Nord warrior-type. I will keep that tradition going. And it doesn't hurt that it will feel like coming home

Depends really. I'm fine with any race so long as I can make a decent looking face for them. In Oblivion, I found this to be practically impossible with the female Dunmer and consequently I never played as that race as a result. However, I'm a Bosmer fanatic so come hell or high water, I'll probably end up rolling one for my first playthrough.

In the past Bretons were the best race to choose for their permanent 50% magicka resistance, so once again I'm playing as my favorite race.
