Hey ! I saw the What race will you be playing as topic and i thought why not add, one with a poll, it would make the counting alot easier wouldn't it ?

My overall favorite class (I dont care about stats) is the Argonian. A scaly, amazing creature that reminds me of one of my pet lizards. The only reason I didnt play as an Argonian in Morrowind in Bloodmoon is because of Werewolves. But even if there is Were wolves (Please Do) I will still play as an Argonian. By the way a WereArgonian Would be awsome. Even though Skyrim is the totally opposite place the Argonians live I will find a Bear with some nice warm fur. That should keep me warm while I murder the Nords.

I think I'm one of the few people that religiously play Altmer.

But maybe an Argonian after a little bit.

Nord for sure! Always played them previously (or Imperial) but not we're going to Skyrim, seems fitting.

Started as a Wood Elf for both Morrowind and Oblivion, but maybe I will start as a Nord this time.
It kind of depends on what the game will feature also.

Always start out with a standard imperial character just to get my feet wet, after that.. probably Dunmer

I am a big Orc in life so why not play one in the game! It helps that hammering elf heads makes a satisfying "squish" sound!

I always play as a Redguard first then play an Argonian second

after that I alternate between the two races in subsequent playthroughs

I'm just so fond of nords. Usually roughly 50 % of my characters are nords

Others are either breton or woodelves.

Do you think Argonians even inhabit Skyrim?

Argonians are a reptilian race so they should be cold blooded, and you don't see any reptiles in the Winter when it's cold outside.

i will probably do wood elf, or maybe argonian just to start out, unless they have new races, such as falmer, which, based on the lore would fit in this game

actually based on the lore, they were defeated, and are possibly only a myth now, but they could still exsist and if they do i will play as them

The irony of my black ass picking a Khajiit in Morrowind, so I contunied the bloodline in Oblivion, backtracked the bloodline in arena and daggerfall. Same for Skyrim.

Depends on what class I want to play through as and what the face gen is like - for warrior likely a Redguard, for mage a High Elf, for in-between a Breton, if modding a custom race

Argonian for me. Does seem a little weird to me though, being one in skyrim. Nord would be probably be my second choice, not because its skyrim, but because i always use them for my warrior class. Never like dark elves, so kind of odd to me how they're in second place.
