I ain't black, but I love playing as a Redguard.
They're always my main race, followed probably by Dunmer.

I always play as a Khajiit. I'm not going to change that just for Skyrim. :tongue:

1st one Imperial
2nd one Khajiit glass cannon (when my nervousness to die is over :violin: )

I will most likely play a nord, with a name something like Bors Bronzebeard or something being from Finland, I'm very interested to see how the lore will reflect norse/scandinavian culture.

Hmm, my first character in both Morrowind and Oblivion were Nords. But the Dunmer are my favorite race so it will be a tough decision.
Either way whichever I don't play first will be my second character....

I played a breton, then a dark elf in oblivion, so I think this time around I will play a nord and a wood elf. cant decide which to start with though! it will probably depend on the character models.

I usually play a Breton or Altmer.

I played mostly with Dark Elves until a few months ago while playing OB, I decided to make a new character. A Breton.

Awesome... especially with L.A.M.E. mod.

I would also like to play an Ayleid or Falmer but there is no hint to their presence in the game.

Most likely a Nord, but I might play as a Dunmer if they look and sound like their Morrowind version this time, but I guess I wouldn't know how they sound like until I play the game... :unsure2:

I can't help but notice how much more popular Argonians are since the Infernal City was published. I must confess it does my heart proud.

my imperial will be my oblivion characters child...or childs child...and so forth...

My bosmer mage will be making a comeback, that's for sure. I wnder what the summon spells will be like?

Like always, I'll be playing as a Nord Paladin/Warrior.

I can't decide, I know I'm not playing Nord first. I don't want a Nord to feel lost in Skyrim.
I don't want to play Altmer (25% weakness to frost? No thanks.) or Argonian (Cold blooded reptile in the mountains, not a good combination.) I never play Khajiit because I'm alergeic to cats in real life.
That leaves Bosmer, Breton, Dunmer, Imperial, Orc, and Redguard. I don't like Blunt Weapons, so Orc is out. I don't know if there is going to be an annoying Bosmer this time, but I don't want to take the risk, so no Bosmer first time through. That leaves Breton, Dunmer, Imperial, and Redguard. The Dunmer fire resistence probably wont be as useful as it was in Oblivion, so Dunmer is probably out, unless their original voices are back. With the three/four left, it's really up to the character type I will make.

Most likely Nord. Dunmer on my second play through or possibly bosmer if they dont look completely ridiculous.

I mostly play as a Breton - that's my favorite PC race. After that maybe Redguard or Dunmer.
For Skyrim though, I think I'll maybe start with a Khajiit for once if they look better than in Oblivion.

edit: oooor, maybe I'll make one Breton and one Khajiit and see which one I like best.... or maybe I'll just decide in 11 months

Nord is becoming slightly more appealing now that we're probably getting beards, but since 9/10 NPCs are probably gonna be Nord I wouldn't stand out. I like standing out.

I am a Bosmer fan, my main in OB but maybe Dark Elf, my main in MW. Hmm.... Maybe a new class? So many good options!
