I don't really hate any of the races, all of them are interesting and add a unique flavor. What gets annoying are some of the vocal comments as you walk by, and the Dunmer are the worst for that.
The Bosmer in Morrowind are a perfectly well-done race, although I don't want to play as one. Yeah, the voice is high pitched and could be annoying to some, but that's because it's supposed to be an exotic race. Having them in the game makes the environment more interesting. Of course it was natural that people would rally around one race to bash on, and the Bosmer were the easiest target. I'm disappointed that they (and some other races) were watered down in Oblivion, both visually and in voice acting. I think Bethesda took the hostility against Bosmers too seriously. The new voice is safe, uninspired and boring.
In a way I almost hate Orcs, because they're so inconsistent. I'm not sure what Orcs are supposed to be. Half the time they're presented as comically stupid, not just as individuals but in numbers, to such an extent you'd have to conclude that this is a characteristic trait of their species. They seem to be like a slightly evolved ape. Other times they appear as mages, or as noble warriors motivated by a serious purpose, like Klingons. You can't get there without a massive intelligence boost from how they're generically presented. Orcs are the most carelessly thought out race in the game IMO.
I like Nords, and haven't found any reason to think they're unintelligent but I haven't played Solstheim so I could be missing something.
