Rex was surgically attached to the King's neck after they removed the King's head. So whenever you talk to the King, you will talk to Rex's butt.

Now, speaking reasonably: Its a glitch

Though, the rusulting fusion/surgery results in the kings face being implanted on Rex's butt, thus eliminating the confusion of not knowing which end to talk to. :celebration:
