Ok, 2 weeks ago i posted a thread stating that my GTX260 isnt really able to get above 30 fps at 1920x1080 nomatter what i do with settings.

Now, i bought Homefront and gave it try. I turned the game at all High and gave it a go. In single player 50-60 fps and in multiplayer 60+ fps constantly. Why is Crysis 2 so badly optimized just for me?

Try the Rush-zone.com Crysis 2 lancher it has some advanced graphical options that are not displayed in the game.

Yes i have tried such options, but it doesnt appear to help anything.

1080p is a big resolution that requires lots of video memory, probably more than your GPU is able to provide. Just turn down your resolution.

Well not really when you consider that Homefront has crappy graphics and Crysis 2 has great graphics.

try lowering your resolution.

also What are your other specs? it is possible that an old processor or slow RAM may be responsible for your problems. a GPU will not be pushed to 100% is you have an old processer/slow RAM. so we need to know full specs before we can help.

Home front graphics are total ****. that is why you were getting better FPS.
