Unarmed playthrough - Very hard.
Guns/Regular playthrough - Hard.

I am yet to play a pure Unarmed PT, but this one I am indeed putting points into Unarmed instead of Melee Weapons, which I always get to 100 by level 25.
I always play with Guns too, and I cannot stand Hard/Very Hard in NV, I prefer some proper balance, so I always do Normal!

always hardcoe mode. at first i was apprehensive, thinking i'd spend most of my game time sleeping/eating/drinking, but it is very well balanced and extremely enjoyable.

i've done all my playthroughs on normal so far. i promised myself i'd do very hard when i got platinum. i have platinum, so next playthrough will be very hard. coupled with teh new patch (and the positive reactions to it) i'm really looking forward to another foray into the fnv universe.

all playthroughs have been guns playthroughs. i just love guns. i tried some EW and explosives, but the ammo is way too heavy. unarmed/melee just doesn't appeal to me once i start getting the cool guns.

Very Hard, hardcoe, Revolvers with some Anti Material Rifle as a backup. Always do science/lockpicking/medicine for my first guy.

Next guy is going melee weapons.

Very Hard, Non-hardcoe, with XP-gained numbers and multipliers modified to be extremely slow.

I'm waiting on the patch so I can star anew (360 user here so I don't have the patch yet) where I plan a guns/unarmed hybrid. Probably play on normal too.
