I have a 570 plus 2500k with 8 gb ram I play with textures very high with msaa x 4 and most grphics setting low and get 60fps 95% of the time.

have no idea how to check my fps tbh was just wondering :D ive been playing with 580, 2500k, 16GB of corsair 1600 ram at high with FXAA and had no problems as such... only the odd match ill receive some spikes but i think thats due to server ping,.

Play with the graphic settings and find out for yourself which ones give you the best framerate, it's not that hard to figure out.

download evga precision, which is good for monitoring temp s mem and allsorts, you can go into osd settings and click on the ones you want displayed onscreen in corner, highly customisable,

I use msi afterburner or fraps to see my fps. They are both free and simple.
