Im not a big khajiit fan but little details like that do tend to get to me.

Well you certainly don't have sharp eyes, as that Khajiit's is certainly wearing leather gloves.

Also cats can pull back their claws.

Looks like leather bracers to me, which don't cover his hands (paws?).

I do prefer that they do have claws, but it's not a make or break thing with me as I would never go into a fight H2H if I have a sword anyway.

Seems the lore indicates there are many variations to Khajitts anyway, some more feline than others. The image of the one for Skyrim though seems very feline in the face.

That particular khajiit looks pretty well kept to me, seeing as his chin whiskers arent all outa control and all that...he probably just trims his claws for appearance sake.

doesnt look like he's wearing cloves to me the way you can see veins in his hand in all. but it would be cool if they were retractable like a real cats and only come out when you use h2h combat.

Those aren't veins, veins don't look like that.
Those are wrinkles on the glove.

im a khajiit fan and i always wanted a snowy khajiit or a black panther one but i never cared for the claws

yea op those are deff. gloves the hair from his arms is pushed down over the gloves because of the bracers. But that doesn't mean if he takes them off there would be claws....my least favorite class but retractable claws would be sweet

khajiit do have retractable claws, wether it is in gameplay or not is still up in the air. most probably won't happen but it hasn't been denied either.
i'm relatively neutral on this one.

ps: i'll just leave a little rant here, i really... really hate those "no, This isn't [insert name here]" types of phrases. this pic explains it best.

They are leather gloves. You can't see veins through fur. If you know how Oblivion's armor system works, then you'd know that the hand models are replaced with one-size-fits-all gloves. Bethesda doesn't make separate armor models for each race.

I want Ninja Gaiden style combat, but I wouldn't have a problem at all if someone said "No. This isn't Ninja Gaiden."

Okay not gonna lie. Can't believe people think these are hands. They a definitely leather gloves/gauntlets. Look how they reflect the light...definitly leather!

They are gloves. Watch the gameplay trailer. At 1:44, the Dovahkiin is wearing them whilst plunging a sword through the bandit's chest. its even a close up view

Definitely gloves or gauntlets, the detail on the hands looks more like leather than fur, and while the fur on the rest of the Khajiit is just textured on, you can still tell it's supposed to be fur, on the other hand, the hands don't look furry at all, it just looks like gloves to me.

Maybe Khajiit have claws, and maybe they don't, but either way, I don't think this screenshot tells us. Although I'd expect them to have claws, if Bethesda even did such a small detail as whiskers, I'd think they wouldn't leave out something they already succeeded in doing back in Morrowind.



I kind of agree, actually, even though I'm pretty sure I've said things like that myself before, but when I see other people doing it, it comes off as basically them saying "I don't want to see anything that's in this other game simply because it's in that game." By that logic, I'm surprised no one has said combat should be cut from the game because Fable has combat too.
