a hyprid forsure! with weekness to sun and silver but gain strength, speed, etc.
except that once you become the hyprid neither vampire nore werewolf folk like you and will try to kill you. (maybe making way for a realy cool side quest??)

who would give you the quest? A 3rd clan of hybrids? What would the quest be?

Agreed. Even though Michael was unique, and in every other case you'd DIE if bitten by both..I don't see why a hybrid couldn't happen in Skyrim. You're playing as a Dragonborn after all, which makes you unique as well.

I also think the light spell should have a sun version you can use against vampires. They'll run away from the bright circle you cast around you.

Unless I'm mistaken, vampires and werewolves are both immune to disease, and given that vampirism and lycanism both are transmitted via a disease, would that not dictate we're "immune" to the other side's bites in the Elder Scrolls?

Otherwise, like you said, I like how Underworld did it: You die.

hmm perhaps the two daedric lords Hircine patron of the wolves and Molag Bal patron of vamps gives the character a chance to side with one or the other or perhaps to make peace or war bewteen the two races.
you could become a sort of "king" of the two races.

You know that crappy "Mad" show on Cartoon network? They had a "skit" (and I say that very loosely, seeing as they are so lame) where Edward and Jacob from Twilight bite each other in combat and turn into Were-Vampires.

The question is... could that seriously mix? I mean hell, there was a Vampire-Werewolf hybrid in the Underworld films, so could it be something to explore in Skyrim IF they include both vampires and werewolves? Or perhaps each life-changing disease makes you immune to the rest while you're inflicted?

Bu tn all seriousness, the I believe both are immune to disease (correct or not) so whichever bit you first would be teh one you become.

depends on whice one bites you first..if your a vampire then the werewolf bite wont mean anything since your already dead and immune to diseases. If already a werewolf and bit by a vampire then you should die

Vampire and werewolf hybrids simply will not happen. It would be lame and a huge waste of development time that they could spend on things people actually care about (Like making the individual werewolf/vampire experiences good)
