Should only be able to be one or the other. If infected by both within a small time period though, before it takes hold, then whichever disease you cure you become the other one as they would have two different cures no doubt. ^_^

You turn into whatever bit you first and the other disease just sits there until you cure it normally.

Being a hybrid not only cheapens both forms, but it's very irrational.

It should either kill you, or you just become the one that bit you first.

Kill the loathsome beast then drink your cure potion. You do have a cure potion in your inventory, Right?

You should have a rather large pack of angry old ladies show up and beat you to death with rolling pins.

Upon contracting Sanies Lupinus or Porphyric Hemophilia you have three days to cure yourself. After that you will either turn into a werewolf for the former, or a vampire for the latter. Now, assuming this three day limit is imposed at the exact same time you contracted the disease they would cancel each other out. I think this because becoming a full lycanthrope or vampire renders you completely immune to other diseases. So, the disease wouldn't be able to shift into it's next stage of "Vampirism" Or "Lycanthropy" You would just be stuck with Porphyric Hemophilia or Sanies Lupinus.
Unless somehow by sheer terrible luck you contracted both diseases at the exact same moment. And even then I believe one would likely cancel the other out. After all, for true vampirism you die. But if you were a lycanthrope only a silver weapon could kill you. So, it really comes down to which one takes hold a split second before the other.

Note: My theory holds its basis lore-wise. As in if you were really sick with either disease you wouldn't be out adventuring but instead laid up somewhere by the third day at the least

Nothing. if you are a vampire or in the process of becoming one, the werewolf curse would have no effect and vice versa. Problem solved in a way that makes sense.

Since vampires are immune to disease if they get bit they just get a nasty wound that would heal up in a matter of momments and the same thing for werewolves

Just what I was gonna say, or almost. The latter disease should disappear entirely once you have become either vampire or were.
