What should Lydia wear

Post » Wed May 22, 2013 7:58 am

I stole Lydia's armour and gauntlets off her so I can give her anything.
What should she wear.

Nothing. Nothing at all :woot:

...correction. Nothing by an Amulet, Circlet, and Ring; all enchanted using the alchemy loop to make her invincible. Nothing but that. :tops:

I just put her in anything heavy since that's where her skills are, except Dwarven since it's so darn ugly.

I love dwarven armour except the helmet. My character is using dwarven armour, boots, gauntlets, sword, shield, bow, warhammer and gold circlet.

She looks good in ebony, minus the helmet.

If you were going to put her in something that was better than her default armor... then why steal her original gear? Followers will always wear the better armor anyway.

However, she should spawn another set of her default armor anyway, when changing cells. So, even if she is naked or in clothing, she should revert to her default.

I let her keep her boots so her armour doesnt reappear on her. I also removed the ancient nord stuff because I want it. I gave her Tavern clothes.

I put her in full Wolf Armor and she looks amazing!!!

You can also try Nightingale to see how she looks. I have another character who is married to Mjoll and she also looks incredible in Nightingale.

I play xbox.

I always end up leaving Lydia in Steel Plate, even when I am playing with Modded Armor and Clothing

I guess that only works if you take her default armor away?

Ahhh.. by leaving one part of the default, it prevents it form resetting?

I like female characters (player and companion) in Ancient Nordic Armor for heavy and "usually" wing it for the ones that seem to prefer light.

My khajiit wears the Forsworn Armor as it looks sixy on her (Shes based on our cat who just passed away, Tishaba [Egyptian Mao]-Age-16 RIP) But most other females I made wear the Thieves Guild quest armors or Hide Armor for light.

Executioner hood. That way you don't have to look at her face.

I only tried it once. The only character that I took the perks with, just to try equip the people with different attire... instead, I turn the entire game into a nudist colony.
