So I am really looking forward to Skyrim and have been playing new vegas for some time and just wondered what I should do next.

I don't want to get every single game that comes out this month because I want to get COD, Skyrim and Saints in November however I want something really great I can get into.
Fifa 12 is just an abomination of a game, I paid ￡45 for the special edition for Ultimate team and It wont work for me -.-

So yeah, I'm trying hard to enjoy fifa but thats not happening, Here are some of the games I am considering getting, I will probably only get one MAYBE two this month.

Batman Arkham City
Dark Souls
Battlefield 3

None of those are eny good, with the exception being batman as i havent played it.

They all look decent (besides Dark Souls), but it's hard not to get excited seeing commercials for BF3. It looks leagues above Call of Duty. You know, the game franchise that hasn't changed since '07? I mean, Skyrim all the way but if I actually have any money left after getting my xbox fixed, purchasing a flight ticket for that wedding I have to go to on the 21st, and picking up Skyrim... I may consider it. BF3 would be the only first person shooter I've ever bought worth $60.

I would say Batman, even though I never played Asylum. I know next to nothing about the other games, but Batman is cool.

I got Dark Souls, but based on what you are saying perhaps Batman AC.

Dark Souls is very very challenging, you die constantly. The good side is you don't lose items, the bad side is sometimes you have to grind areas.

How so? I think Dark Souls looks amazing, I'm considering buying my first console ever just for that.

Out of those games I would get batman arkham city, it looks amazing from what I've seen so far.
