Could some one tell what I should upgrade on my computer to bring my fps from 16 to 60 (and what i should upgrade to). My fps is at 16 when i play on medium quality and when i use the ENB mod sharpshooters classic version my fps drops to 6.

I have a:

NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 graphics card

AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon™ HD graphics 3.20 GHz

4 GB of ram
