I don't get why people think this. Violence is stated in the rating too. It's not like anyone wanted the game banned for the sixual references... did they? Maybe that was a Fox News bit that I missed.

The rating and description as far as I can tell is just there to inform possible consumers of what's in the game. Some people don't want violence in their games, just like some don't want sixual content or themes. That's fair enough - it's just giving them the information needed to make a choice.

Here's the ESRB rating and description I found. It really does just seem to be a brief description for the intent of providing information, and not judgemental or waving any "moral values" around.
