Peaking around the Creation kit I saw bits in reference to VATs and other fallout material..What stage do people think Fallout 4 is in? Bethesda says it kinda has a two stage development system a crew of Framers..that work on the guts and structure of a game and then a big crew of Finish carpenters that build the game from the components the framers made. Are they both still working on Skyrim DLC? Or they onto fallout? I'm hoping for a 2014 release but the games are getting bigger and 2015+ is more realistic..
