PC, of course.

It's the only way to truely experience an Elder Scrolls game.

Xbox 360
I rather sit in my comfy couch playing it on a bigger screen than PC.
PC will have mods but personally I wouldn't mod anyways because I want to play the game as it is and it WILL be AMAZING with or without mods.

Not saying consoles are better because they aren't, but in my opinion they're equal, just that I prefer consoles.

I love how both of you are over-compensating by mentioning big-screen TVs....

It'll be PS3 for me. Unless of course I somehow find enough money in the next few months to buy a better PC.

I will play the PC version one day though.

To each his own i suppose. To me, (and i know i am in the minority.) I think the best way to experience an Elder Scrolls game is to play the vanilla version. Which i why i play on the Xbox 360. The only PC game that i play on my computer are some MMO's with my friends and Warcraft 3. I generally enjoy gaming on a console for various reasons. But like i said, to each his own.

I just like to keep the single player games for the console so I can spend my computer time playing an mmo. :foodndrink:

Why?

Just look at Morrowind when it's been completely overhauled, or Oblivion when it's been expanded with a ton of mods, or look at Nehrim: At Fate's Edge,

Until you fully experience mods, you'll never understand how much they really add to the game.

PS3, definitely. My comp has a hard time running Rift let alone an Elder-Scrolls game.

Ok. I'm not hating on PCs or on you, just incase you thought I was.
Its just that PC users like to bring it up all the time.

Probably the 360 first, then I'll get the PC GOTY edition.

I like the 360 better, but I like mods too, and they don't come out for a while. So by the time the GOTY edition comes out they'll have mods to go for when (and it may be a long way off) vanilla skyrim gets stale.

Plus, the 360 has achievements that get tracked better than the PC's.

PC.
I am used to it.
After playing vanilla Oblivion for 100 hours, I realized what I thought needed improving, so got the mods for it.
The same might happen with Skyrim.

360 first, PC later.

I'm going to originally get Skyrim for the Xbox 360, as my computer could not handle something like Skyrim. (Its an Old HP Pavilion Laptop)
Around Christmas time, I will be getting a new PC that CAN handle most modern games. So I will be getting into PC Gaming soon after Christmas.

i have played both pc and console versions, PC is very un natural when it comes to movement and such and really does look that much better, but it does look better (more of a color spectrum range which is the only difference the graphics are the same specs across the board) console games feel so much more intimate and i do love my XBOX.

NOTE: i havent played skyrim in reference to OBLIVION

and mods should only be used after you beat the game otherwise you just ruined it
