I'm one of those PC gamers who migrated to consoles when PC genres started to release on them... the original Xbox started it, and the 360 has pretty much made it permanent. There was a time when western RPGs and FPS games were only on PC, for the most part... not so much now. I always played PC games for those genres, not the mods or graphics, so it was an easy switch to make.
So... in other words... probably the Xbox 360, or whatever Xbox is after that. I also buy the Sony consoles, but it seems for right now the 360 is offering slightly better versions usually.
That said, I keep a PC gaming rig somewhat current, for exclusives like Crysis and the occassional game that is much better suited for PC. If they try to squeeze Fallout 4 on the current gen consoles and it looks much better on PC as a result, I could get it for PC. It all kind of depends. Everything is made for the consoles now-a-days and ported to PC though, which means PC versions look much the same... even 4 years from now that could still be true.
