What if.....?

Many people know about the Headless Horseman in Skyrim...those who don't, oh well.

And, many people have heard the song "Ragnard The Red" being sang by bards, if not, oh well.

So, what if the Headless Horseman is Ragnard The Red?

A lot of people get their heads chopped off in Skyrim.

Or it could simply be a reference to the Headless Horseman.

What if the Elder Scrolls are like the Skynet of Skyrim? The anonymous letters you get... were sent to you by an Elder Scroll. It's the last good Elder Scroll left because it understands why people cry.

I have assumed he was one and the same with the one referenced in the song.

I have seen in in many locations of the past several years of playing Skyrim. But most often it is around Whiterun or Rorikstead. What I found interesting at one point was coming across him standing next to his horse in the cemetery next to Dustman's Cairn. That's right he was standing next to his horse. I was unable to steal his horse. :( And he had no interact able dialog.
