What the 1st an 2nd dlc will be

Post » Fri Jan 22, 2016 12:52 pm

So I have been playing a watching so fallout videos on what the dlc will be and it mostly sound like its going to be underwater. In the game files their was a mission deleted before launch called 20 leagues under the sea and deacon( companion) says a quote and says: underwater vaults escaping, crazy things happening. So no dou't about it it's the first dlc to fallout 4.

And the 2nd dlc well I been looking on the top wanted list for the dlc story plot, one is going to china, another I heard is the protagonist goes back to when he was in the war against a china, and or going to NYC.

What is your ideas and thoughts?

Personally I dislike both of those ideas. Underwater just doesn't appeal to me and a flashback to the war would just be COD Advanced Warfighter Fallout Edition.

If they choose to go off map a Martha's Vinyard, Cape Cod, or Nantucket would be alright.

RONTO. I want to see the remains of my US occupied country in a city I don't much care for. Maybe nuke it? Plus a good place to add a real assault rifle being that Canada uses C7's, and C8's and used to us FN's, hopefully find a few still around.

I'm guessing if it's underwater, it'll be a pretentious underwater a.k.a get-into-a-building-underwater or really underwater but locked in a diving suit/PA/submarine.

I prefer to go somewhere else. A new land.

And I can't wait for the DLC. I've played all the finales. Give a word, Bethesda.

I think it will be nearly impossible to meet expectations and won't be out when people expect it to...

Can you answer this...

Are some DLCs going to be part of the original map area?

Nice, didn't know Bethesda read forum posts. Can't wait to see what it is then. I hope it's not an off the map kind. I kind want more quests within the map for more stuffs to do, especially for replay purposes.

Customizable Dog Armor please! But seriously it's just weird his armor gives no protection but takes away from the loot he can carry.

Under water could be ok. They certainly have a lot of water to work with on the map. Really going to be interesting to see how a DLC story is going to fit with the faction's MQ story lines.

I hate going underwater, so I hope not. It seems to go toward that direction though.

There's a lot of speculation about underwater DLC, but it's just that...speculation. There are points that have led people to this speculation, but it shouldn't be taken as hard evidence of underwater DLC. It could quite simply just be cut content. Nobody really knows what will be included in it yet.

Personally I don't think the game is set up for underwater DLC. The visibility in the water is virtually nil. This would likely need to be changed for underwater DLC. I'm not really a fan of underwater stuff in the first place. If it involved going into some underwater structure and didn't actually take place while swimming around that may be okay.

Not interested in underwater environments or space. Would like to see interlinked DLCs that up the difficulty, involve Old World secrets, are deep in comedy and 50's sci-fi, and maybe even include a voyage of deeper personal discovery for the SS. No factions. Tired of working for ungrateful $#!+s whose only real pastimes seem to be genocide.

Really wouldn't mind finding an Old World weapon cache...one that includes a stand-alone antimateriel rifle to rival the Gauss and an actual assault rifle. Expand ammo types, and more light/ medium type armors like riot gear.

Yeah, I know it's all a day late and a dollar short, since all DLCs are laid out already, but my two cents.

Bethesda going to do what they're going to do. Not getting my hopes up on any of that. The Toolkit is definitely the one piece of "DLC" I'm looking foward to.

Judging by how the rest of the game was, their will be 1 super OP weapon you get in a vault, you will go somewhere cool looking but not be able to ask anyone why they are being jurks to everyone else you have met and you will get an animal to follow you who blocks all the doorways in the game. Oh and you will have even less speech options cutting down from 4 to 2 simply having them be "yes" and "sarcastically yes" with no speech checks ever instead of very few that do not actually help or change anything.

I think new weapons and new settlement building features are actually near the top of the list on many DLC wishlists. I love the settlement system, and would love to see more added to it in DLC.

Realistically though, they probably couldn't add much that I don't already have with mods.

I'd love to see some DLC that involves tracking down an old world salisbury steak production facility that can be rebuilt and made to be operational again. You could start producing an essentially endless supply of salisbury steaks.
