What's the base id for these 2 ingredients ?

Dragon's tongue and redwort flower ? I was expelled from the mages guild and these are the 2 ingredients i need to get. Or atleast the console command.

Without quotes
Dragons tongue same with diff. code.

Actually no need for the three zeros on the front ( ie Player.additem 2503A 20 will work the same !)
