Depends on what you mean. If you mean a post-apocalypse, I GUESS Rage, then obviously there's Wasteland 2. But those aren't 'f2p' per se since you need to buy the game.

I found it decent enough and it did steal several hours from me, and no, no hackers or cheaters.

It did have a big Fallout vibe, especially in some locations where it told you a story just by what was around the place
