I would like to know what the best fixed Kovatch mod is. I think a thread like this has been made before but it is probably like several hundred pages away

The two main Kvatch mods are Kvatch Rebuilt and Kvatch Aftermath. They are both pretty extensive, however Kvatch Rebuilt has a compatibility patch for use with OOO, and generally appears to be better 'adopted' by the modding community. For example compatibility with Animated Window Lighting System is available, and there is a mod to reactivate the Frostcrag teleport pad for the Kvtach Rebuilt version of the city's mages' guild.

I use and enjoy Kvatch Rebuilt. I have not tried Kvatch Aftermath.
