What's the best food in the Wasteland?

Every time i run out of Stimpaks, i usually have to eat some random crap that gives me 6+ HP. I need some type of food that gives me back a lot of health. What do you guys think? -~~~~

The best thing to eat is probably Mire-lurk meat. Unfortunately Mire-lurks aren't in Fallout NV.
