What's the best/stablest environment mod?

I was going to install NAtural Environments, but in researching on these forums, it seems the original 2007 release is buggy. I was considering installing Doppler's = Natural Weather Unoffical Test Fix = mod, but thought I'd post here to see if there has since been a more stable/updated weather mod released since '08 that folks like. Link to Doppler's mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14918

Thanks.

Edit- It seems like Chong Li's Weather Natural seems to be quite popular. I am hoping to find one that makes a striking change of seasons. Hopefully Weather Natural?

Natural Environments has never given me any issues.

If you want even more seasons (and other stuff) you should look up Weather - All Natural. Great project by a few guys.

Natural Environments (last updated version 2.1.3) is well known and loved weather mod which however has quite a few bugs including the notorious yellow hint which Arthur's version tried to fix.
I still use the Natural Habitat part of the mod and the Natural Vegetation 200%.esp.

And yet, IMHO there are new generation mods much better than good old NW
Enhanced Weather is very stable, safe, light mod that does not strain your PC.
All Natural is stable, reliable weather mod that oncludes the best of Natural Weather, Athmospheric Weather, Enhanced Weather etc. This is the mod I chose for my game after trying almost all weather mods created for Oblivion.
