What is the closest thing to the "good" path in New

What is it? NCR? Legion? House? Yes Man?

All of them have their shortcomings, but which is the closest to being "good"?

Definitely Yes Man, as long as you power up the securitron army instead of destroying the Dam. If you destroy the dam, you end the war, but you've just left the Mojave Wasteland without any security or defense.

I am taking Yes Man's path (I'm nearly ready to dispose of Mr. House), but I do not find it satisfying. I sort of disliike the idea of working against everyone else's interests.

House with a character that has good or very good karma is a pretty good path.

Yeah, I'm torn between killing/disabling Mr. House or supporting Yes Man.

Yes Man is skynet in the making. I, for one, welcome our new robot overlords!

There's no good or bad, only different outcomes.

Killing House and choosing Yes-Man as your tool opts for an independent Mojave Wasteland rather then being just another area for one of the established factions.

To me it is all relative. NCR taxes and levying troops into their armed forces is not "good" to me ... the Legion's slaving is not good to me, Mr. House's behind the scenes manipulation of the other families screams big brother to me as well. I see the closest to the "good" path being the isolationism of the BoS ... yet they are only a minor faction and can not be vaulted into power,

This, better if you can avoid killing the ncr leader so a high speech/barter is good.

I've been wrestling with that decision for most of the day today. I'm getting to the point of siding with Yes Man. I am also on good terms with The NCR, and Caesar's legion despises me.

The BoS are far from "good". They are self-observed isolationists intent that think they are the only worthy carriers of a lot of the pasts technology, weapons in particular.
They do only help themselves, and have little inhibitions of killing whoever gets between them and their goals. They do nothing to contribute to the betterment of the wasteland.
They are not intent on taking control to tell people what to do, but they like to take military control to ensure their own safety,

They aren't good, never have been good and going by this latest quest line aren't inclined to change their tactics no matter what evidence is presented to them.

Mind you, I still like them, but wouldn't want them in control given their track record.

Except that the BoS are only isolationists if you don't have any advanced technology. Theyre the ones that started the war with the NCR in the first place all because they didn't want the NCR to have any technological advancement. Thats not the actions of an organization thats truely isolationist.

I'd say it depends on your perspective on the factions. Some seem bad but there goals are good, or vice versa so if you think ceasers legion in Good then power to you mate. If you think Mr. House is good then [censored], side with him.

Obviously that page has gargantuan spoilers, don't visit it unless you've played through all the endings or you don't care about spoilers at all.

The best "good" path is tied between the NCR and Yes Man. NCR has a few downsides (heavy taxation, absorbing the "lower" factions, etc) and Yes Man has a few as well, most prominently that the wasteland becomes anarchistic and the implied future dominance of robots.

Mr. House is the intermediary, he has a lot of bad sides, but a few good sides as well.

Caesar's Legion is definitely the bad faction, there's really very very little in terms out good things in siding with them as far as the epilogue goes.

Personally I like Yes Man the most for the "good" path, most of your companions favor that "faction" in their epilogue, as well as most the smaller settlements. Unfortunately (or fortunately) there is no clear cut good side, both the NCR and Yes Man has some big downsides, but both of them are "good" choices.
