There's a codec out there that plays nicer with Fallout 3 than the default Fraunhofer MP3 codec that typically come standard in Windows... what is it? And how does one install it? The topic that I had bookmarked for it is apparently defunct...

I'm asking because I'm planning a system un/reinstall because of issues I've been having lately, and will need that to reinstall.
