It is the kit that was used to create the game. It will be made available for public use in January.

Alright so thats what is used to make that game, Becoming available to us means what? Better use of mods, or we can alter the game 100%?
and is it a pc only thing?

It's the toolset the developers used to create content for the game.
The reason people are waiting for it is the limitless potential of content that modders can make with it.
We could make content equal in quality (or even better) than what shipped with the game with this kit.
This is a PC only thing, obviously.

PC only and they're similar tools (if not the same) Bethesda used to create the game so when it comes in january that's when the real modding of the game begins.

I am just curious why has there been some mods with esp file?
I though mods with esp file must be made through creation kit.

There are other tool kits in creating mods for the elder scrolls. Or some can just be encoded manually.

Yeah, this. All mods I download for the time is somehow called Morrowind plugins. :P
And did you gouys know that the Morrowind and the Oblivion CS conflicts with each other, making it hard to have both while they only support their respective games?

My understanding of the announcement Bethesda made is that this time we are getting the same kit they used with nothing taken out, may have read it wrong but I've just read it again and I'm pretty sure we are getting the full version
