I usually have my NAT type Open, so normally I'm playing with 23 to 50 ping but in the Alpha it's Moderate and my ping goes from 150 to +200.

The ping is normal for everyone, I wouldn't worry. It's nothing to do with your NAT.
This shouldn't be posted here anyway.

if they would give people access in a timely manner it could be avoided. i wont go into details for obvious reasons but i havent been able to play the alpha yet and i cannot get suuport without access to the forums which i sent a request 24 hours ago
